Robert Carlén (b.1968)
Member of the Board. Robert is Chairman of the Board for Empir Holding AB. Empir Holding AB is the main shareholder of EmpirBus AB. Robert has an active role as a financial advisor via the company Företagsstyrning AB.
Bo Callenberg (b.1947)
Member of the Board. Founder and Technical Director of Callenberg Engineering (1980´s - 1995). From 1995 and onwards, Bo works at Preem Refinery in Lysekil.
Per-Egon Persson (b.1953)
Member of the Board. During the 70's and 80's Per-Egon worked as a marin mechanic and chief for various shipping companies. Per-Egon holds the position of Technical Manager for the Swedish Sea Rescue Society (SSRS) since 2003.
Mats Enegren (b.1957)
Member of the Board. Managing Director and Investment Manager for Start Invest. Start Invest is one of the shareholders of EmpirBus AB.
Anders Hibell (b.1975)
Member of the Board. Shareholder representative for Empir Holding AB. Active in Empir AB since 1999 as a technical advisor in various consulting roles.
